The TA-995 mobile radio is the only one of its kind in Australia, incorporating both PTToC and UHF simultaneously. This mobile offers the full features of PTToC including; GPS Tracking, SOS duress alert, encrypted private network and voice recordings. Alongside the PTToC features is the analogue UHF capability offering 80 channel CB, 40 pre-programmable channels and 78 user programmable receive only frequencies.
The mobile radio is easily operated by a keypad microphone which enables unique features like quick dialling and quick search across multiple groups. The quick dialling feature allows users to simply dial a 3-digit number to commence a private call with a user. The keypad microphone also comes equipped with 2 PTT tactile buttons one for PTToC and the other for UHF transmission, allowing the user to transmit into either mode at the press of a button.

User can select pre-programmed groups and instigate a group call and talk to all members of the group. User can also be part of multiple groups and choose a primary group for transmission.
User can select an individual radio or the dispatcher and perform a one on one private call outside the group.
The internal GPS engine reports its position every 60 seconds to the dispatcher (Programmable). GPS acquisition status is shown on the radio LCD display.
The unit can have all the transmissions that are broadcasted or received recorded to the device. The recordings can be easily accessed through the user-friendly GUI.
The TA-995 comes with several sound adjustments including speaker and microphone variable settings with the ability to choose between 4K and 8K voice.
A dedicated SOS button that when held in for 3 seconds sends an alert to all other units and an alert showing where the user is located on the Dispatcher map display.
Maximum performance is achieved across the wide band of 400MHz UHF and 3G/4G/4GX Telstra bands utilizing twin antenna design.
The keypad microphone is a one of a kind including 0-9 numerical keys and 2 tactile push-to-talk buttons for quick transmission select between different modes.
